Hello, I’m Larissa!
I've spent 15+ years taking products from concept to shelf, across luxury brands, sustainable startups, and founder-led businesses where I built the entire operation from scratch.
I work with designers, founders, and brands on product development and operational projects. That means planning ranges, developing new products, sourcing manufacturers, managing sampling and production, getting the costings right, and building the systems that make it all repeatable. Whether it's a bespoke product run, a new range, or fixing an operation that's outgrown its processes — I manage the full pipeline.
I've also built my own product ranges from original artwork through to manufacturing and fulfilment, so I understand the reality of making physical products with real constraints.
Every week, I write about production economics, sourcing, and operational decision-making for people who build physical products.
WEEKLY STRATEGIC INSIGHTS
Operations and product strategy — frameworks, data, and practical insights.
No fluff, just actionable content you can use immediately.

Most founders add new products because they want more to say, not because the business has told them it's ready. Before you brief a supplier or sketch a design, there's one question worth answering honestly: how many strangers have actually bought what you already make? The answer changes everything.
