You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date of your order. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@larissanichele.com with your order number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

If your order has already been dispatched, please email hello@larissanichele.com so I can provide you with the information you need to complete your return.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
