Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

200ml coconut milk

70g plain yogurt

1/2 Cos lettuce

1/2 banana

1-2 dates

10g nut butter

a handful of blueberries

Method

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Optional: you can try swapping the coconut water for your milk of choice which is something I do often and adding spices like cinnamon and all spice will add a different flavour to your smoothie.
